Joe Radloff is the president and owner of Dimensional Growth, LLC. He has over 25 years of experience leading, managing and motivating people in organizations from small businesses to large fortune 500 companies – Corning, Inc., Anheuser-Busch, Grainger, and KWS Manufacturing. He’s held various positions such as general manager, plant manager, operations manager and sales manager. Because of Joe’s diverse business experience over the past 25 years he has delivered millions of dollars in cost savings for companies through human capital development and continuous improvement programs.
During his career, Joe has been a leader, manager and motivator of many employees, professionals, and sales professionals. During this time, he gained a significant amount of experience in all areas of a business and has developed the skills and expertise to train and motivate employees, professionals, and leaders at all levels in an organization. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a diverse business background, Joe has been instrumental in developing and implementing lean manufacturing and six-sigma programs that improved the profitability of many organizations.
Joe developed his strong business acumen through authentic work experience, leading people and organizations to a higher level of success. His passion is seeing success through people and people development. He is regarded as a passionate and serving leader with a proven track record in helping individuals, teams and companies succeed. Incorporating modern learning theory with his professional experience and driving success in organizations, Joe is able to deliver powerful and engaging programs that are full of inspiration and deliver results in an organization.

Lori Radloff is the director of operations of Dimensional Growth LLC. She has years of experience leading people, building business-to-business relationships and managing projects. She has worked in organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations, most of which serve the scientific research and healthcare industry.
Lori has an M.B.A. in Marketing and a proven track record of developing strategic business partnerships and enhancing sales and profitability through cooperative marketing programs. Whether she is developing a brand strategy or working with a team of professionals, she enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping others see greater success.
